This game was slightly unsettling to many fans. It took out many features of the previous games, such as the questionnaire and a few game mechanics. However, it is exclusive to the 3DS and therefore has a 3D appearance as opposed to the 2D sprites of both games prior. It still follows the concept of turning into a Pokémon with no memories, however.
